    • At the end of this project, the market will be on 30-hetares of land-space. It is a very big market.

  • When will the building of the mall starts?
  • After the commissioning of the market which will take place in January, 2014, the building of the mall starts in that same year 2014 and will be finished and commissioned in the year 2015.
  • Where will be the location of the mall?
  • The mall will be located on the percel of land in front of the NAF along Airport Eliozu road.
  • How many lock-up-shops?
  • The company is building 20,000 lock-up-shops for lease
  • Are these shops in categories?
    • Yes they are. The categories are:
    • > Perishable-Foods
    • > Packaged-Foods
    • > Building-Materials
    • > Electronics/Electrical
    • > Computers and its accessories
    • > Clothing and Cosmetics
    • > Auto Spare Parts

  • What are the sizes of these lock-up shops?
    • The lock-up shops are of the following sizes:
    • > 6feets by 12feets
    • > 12feets by 12feets
    • > 6feets by 24feets

  • How many lock-up shops can I pay for?
  • You can pay for as many as you can, provided, the 20,000 lock-up shops are still available for lease.
  • Is the lock-up shops sold out-right?
  • No, it is for 20 years lease. It is renewable after 20 years at the current market price.
  • Is there any discount?
  • Yes there is. Outright payment attracts 10% discount, and leasing more than one shops also attract some percentages of discount accordingly. And note, there is a room for discount negotiation.
  • What happens, if the client failed to meet up?
  • If the client could not be able to meet up the dead line, then the client will key into the second phase of the market.
  • How can I secure/have shop(s) in the first phase of the market?
  • To be on the first phase of the market, You must complete your payment on or before 31st December, 2013.
  • When will my shop rent start counting?
  • Your shop rent starts counting from the time your shop key is handed over to you.
  • Will there be provisions for toilet facilities?
  • Yes there are, 20 for each cluster. Both male and female will benefit from the Toilet facilities.
  • Any plans to hand Project/Market to the Air-Force?
  • The project/market will be handed over to the Airforce after 30 years, at the end of the project/market.
  • After the purchase, will there be any extra or additional charge(s)?
  • There may be, any additional charges will be use for the maintenance of the market for the benefit of every body.
  • What kind of support can I expect from you after I purchase the shop(s)?
  • You will get every legal support from 400Bluesteels-Nigeria limited accordingly.
  • Will there be any contract agreement?
  • Yes, there will be contract agreement, when you register with us.
  • Is there any sale of form(s)?
  • Yes, forms are available at the cost of Ten Thousand Naira (=N=10,000.00) only.
  • If I decide not to buy again, can my money be given back to me?
  • Any refund of money attracts 10% of the total cost of the shop(s) you requested for in the contract agreement.
  • If I can’t come down to pay for the shop(s) myself, will you come for the money yourself?
  • Yes, of course, we are here to serve you better.
  • Can I pay cheque(s)?
  • Yes, we receive cheque.
